We reached out to Jessica, and that was the best decision we made through that entire process. She found us a home in time, that really was almost everything we had asked for.We moved forward with the inspection. The home inspector said the house needed a roof replacement. The home seller lied and said it was new. Jessica's husband, a contractor, got one of his roofers to take a second look, called out the seller for lying, and got us a new roof. Jessica even helped the seller's inexperienced realtor prepare a package for the appraiser to get the right value.Jesica became a friend during this process, and was there anytime we had questions, or to calm me down when i was freaking out. We have such faith and trust in her that we sent our daughter to her.
